Your Mission

As a Global Copilot, you’ll play a vital role in shaping strategic operations in supporting in research, data management, and communication. Your work will involve uncovering valuable insights to assist executive decision-making, preparing compelling materials, and acting as a bridge to strengthen relationships with our partners. By fostering seamless collaboration across diverse projects, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly and contribute to deliver impactful result.

Role Overview

This hybrid position blends executive assistance with hands-on involvement in data management and creative content production. Supporting the executive team, you’ll take on a range of valuable tasks, from gathering and organizing information to supporting content creation guided by the Lead Content Strategist. It’s an opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas while contributing to exciting projects that balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

📝 Main Tasks

• Strategic sourcing: Deep research, comparative analysis, and reporting.
• Strategic Data Mining: Identify, extract, and organize key data from diverse sources to support informed decision-making and actionable insights.
• Project management: Organize, coordinate, and follow up on action plans.
• Data organization and management: Administer documents, contacts, and critical information. Organize, update, and validate essential information, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Business assistance: Initiate partnerships, prepare pre-negotiations, and draft tailored business and partnership proposals.
• Global assistance: Review incoming emails, translate documents, curate and pass on important information to ensure seamless operations.
• Content Production Assistant : Take part in content production improvement and organize production schedules.
• Quality Control : Maintain high standards of content quality, accuracy, and relevance, adhering to given guidelines and editorial standards.
